We read every message and usually reply within a few days.

Reporting a problem

If something doesn't work as it should, tell us which game it was and what happened. The game number shown under the game's name (for example “Deal #1234”) lets us deal exactly the same cards and see what you saw. It also helps to know whether you were playing on a computer, a tablet or a phone.

Ideas and requests

Is there a classic game you'd like us to add, a word search theme you'd enjoy, or something that would make the site easier to use? We'd like to hear it.

Printing for a group

Activity directors, teachers and librarians are welcome to print and copy our printable puzzles for their groups, with no need to ask first. Our terms have the details.

Privacy questions

We don't ask for personal details and your games are saved on your own device. Our privacy policy explains how the site works, including its advertising.
